The A2 spades are for use in clay and other sticky materials where the clogging of conventional trenching buckets can cause issues. The spade frame comes in a standard width but you can choose an additional spade insert to widen the spade, allowing for extra versatility with the one attachment.
These are used to join the spade frame and the spade insert together – you only need to undo two bolts to complete this.
This allows you to easily change from a narrow spade to a wider one without the large capital outlay.
You can choose from a large range of different inserts to suit your frame.
Designed to smoothly cut through the ground, the A2 spade bucket will still hold a large amount od soil without clogging up.
You can buy extra spade inserts to fit to your spade frame, making it more efficient.
This means clay or other sticky product will not stick to the spade, making it easier to dig in this ground.
